Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a warehouse operative on a temporary to permanent basis to help our client based in Ashington to continue with their exciting growth plans. Our client is looking for a candidate on part time basis, 16 hours a week.

The role:

  • To work alongside colleagues in achieving all targets
  • To update and record all production records as required
  • To ensure health & safety measures are followed at all times
  • To be aware of all company quality standards, to remove all defective items
  • To assist in other production areas, if necessary, supporting colleagues and maintaining a great team working environment
  • To inform management of any changes or issues regarding the production schedule
  • To participate in training, pre-shift meetings, and quality audits

The person:

  • Proven experience within a team based environment
  • A team player with a pro-active approach to supporting colleagues
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with quality checks
  • Ability to achieve production targets
