Baker required for independent local artisan bakery
36hrs per week 6 days per week Sunday to Friday (5pm to 11pm - subject to negotiation)
- Experienced baker in an all round role
- Able to work independently
- Produce a high standard of bread, buns, doughnuts and morning goods in a consistent and timely manner
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Able to hand mold and finish
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit
2yrs experience preferred - rate dependent on experience
Further training will be provided
Expected hours: 36 per week
