Clinical Deputy Manager

Salary: £58,656 per annum + Excellent Benefits + Paid Breaks

HCR has partnered with a well-renowned outstanding nursing home provider in leading the search for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager in the Ashtead, Surrey area. We are looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager who has extensive experience in the nursing home sector to support in maintaining an “Outstanding” CQC rating.

The Clinical Deputy Manager will be able to effectively lead, manage and promote positive behaviours.  They will be proficient in safeguarding, risk assessments and legislation.

Clinical Deputy Manager Duties:

  • Support the manager in the day-to-day running of the home and staff
  • Incident, accident and reporting
  • To work in line with company policies and procedures
  • Raise any safeguarding concerns
