Role Overview:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dental Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice, maintaining high standards of patient care, managing staff, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care.
  • Manage a team of dental professionals and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies for business growth.
