Position: Office AdministratorType: Full-time, office-based
Location: EpsomSalary Range: £25,000 - £30,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our client’s dynamic organisation based in Epsom.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling outgoing post.
- Providing administrative support, including drafting letters and emails.
- Maintaining databases and control spreadsheets.
- Preparing engagement and disengagement letters.
- Performing Company Secretarial admin-based tasks.
- Communicating with HMRC as required.
- Managing invoicing and assisting with marketing.
- Supporting other general office duties as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in an accounting profession, ideally with Iris experience.
- A proactive and positive approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
