My clients team is dedicated to providing expert care, using only genuine parts and specialised tools to maintain your vehicle's performance and value. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, their certified mechanics bring a wealth of experience to every job. If you’re new to the trade and looking to grow your skills within it, my client is also looking for a newly qualified junior technician to complement their team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and identify issues with vehicles.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate with service advisors to update customers on the progress of their vehicle’s service.
- Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and repair techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all concerns are addressed professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or similar).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
- Full, clean, valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of up to £39,000
- Generous bonus of £6000 per year
- Ideal working week 08:15 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
