I am supporting an established telecommunications organisation in the Ashton-under-Lyne area in their search for a temporary administrator to cover maternity leave – immediate start.

Role: Administrator

Salary: Competitive / depending on experience

Hours: Full time – 08:45 – 17:15 (16:45 on Fridays)  

Location: Ashton-under-Lyne

Contract: Temporary – up to 12 months

Start Date: ASAP

Role Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage central team mail inbox
  • Renew licences for customer technology equipment
  • Issue statements for outstanding client invoices
  • Add supplier invoices to purchase ledger
  • Answer & redirect inbound calls
  • Add internal monthly expenses
  • Order office supplies
  • Add new clients onto our central systems
  • Action requests for maintenance and sales stock
  • Assist with any ad hoc reactive tasks
