Bramah HR are recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor to join one of our brilliant clients based in Manchester, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department by providing expert advice and guidance on various HR matters. You will be responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle, advising on ER case work and assisting with HR projects

Responsibilities- Communicate with employees to address HR-related queries and concerns- Advise managers on ER case work and provide comprehensive HR advice- Utilise HRIS systems for data management- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Assist in the administration of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Provide administrative support to the HR team

Skills- Proficient in HR processes and practices- Experience with HRIS platforms- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees- Strong employee relations experience and knowledge
