Time Recruitment are currently looking for a CNC miller with experience programming Heidenhain controls. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a great reputation as one of the finest in their industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate production. This role will be operating a Sharman Horizontal Borer. Duties of this role will include

 

  • Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines 
  • Create and optimize CNC programs using Heidenhain
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and productivity

The successful candidate must:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years programming experience
  • Be able to interpret engineering drawings
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a team player
