- You’ll be working with a caseload of around 20 job seekers. These clients will have recently come out of hospital and have suffered intense mental health support challanges, so they’re early in recovery but ready to start thinking about work again.
- You’ll be working alongside a clinical team who’ll be providing support to the client too, so you’re part of a bigger team working towards the same goal.
- The role is a mix of office and community-based work. So, you’ll be in the charity’s local office, an NHS setting, or out in the community meeting your clients.
- A typical week will see you spending about three days doing one-to-one sessions, helping clients with things like CVs, job searches, interview prep, and finding the right type of employers for them.
- The other two days will focus on employer engagement—reaching out to local employers, discussing opportunities, and seeing how your clients can be a good fit (and making sure employers know what your clients might need). You’ll be expected to meet with employers regularly.
