Community Psychiatric Nurse - Mental Health - Tameside, Greater Manchester. Salary: £26 Hourly. Ongoing

This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Psychiatric Nurse specialising in Mental Health to join our team in Tameside, Greater Manchester. With a competitive hourly rate of £26, this role offers flexibility as we consider both full-time and part-time applicants. Core hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, but there's potential to adapt the schedule to suit your lifestyle, whether you prefer 8am-6pm for 4 days a week, 8am-4pm, or 9am-6pm. What you will do:

- Co-ordinate and personally deliver individual packages of care to service users within the secondary service on your caseload.
- Conduct initial assessments for new referrals, ensuring that the service delivery is tailored to individual needs.
- Act as a shift coordinator when on duty, stepping in for the manager or deputy manager as needed, solving problems that arise, and maintaining the team's quality and standards.
- Provide supervision and support to more junior staff members, playing a key role in their development and the smooth operation of the team.
