An established and highly regarded law firm in Tameside is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to take on a busy and complex caseload within a supportive, non-volume environment.
The Role- Manage an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Handle complex transactions with a focus on quality over volume.
- Work closely with secretarial support, allowing you to focus on technical legal work and client service.
- Provide a high standard of client care, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Ideally c. 4+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to handle a varied caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
