This leading UK manufacturer is looking for a General Manager in the Greater Manchester area.
Due to new management/ownership, they are looking to take what was already a successful business to the next level. This company specialise in the design & manufacture of stainless steel fabrications.
The role of General Manager will report directly to the Managing Director. This role is an integral and key strategic hire to help implement new ideas, policies and structures.
This organisation is looking for an experienced professional who can run many aspects of the business from the shop flow, personnel and engineering. As the General Manager, youll be required to constantly maintain and review the companies process and systems, applying new ones where necessary. This role will have some hands on elements helping the team with customers, building relationships (new & existing) and going onsite ensuring all installations run smoothly.

General Manager Requirements:
- HNC/HND in an Engineering field
- Proven Managerial Experience
- Estimation experience
- Experience with Steels, Fabrications (highly desirable)
