The Role
As a key member of the Court of Protection Team, you will:
- Manage Diverse Caseload: Work on a varied and rewarding portfolio of cases, supported by experienced paralegals.
- Supervise & Support: Mentor and supervise junior team members, contributing to their development and the team’s overall success.
- Drive Growth: Play an active role in marketing and developing the team in collaboration with the Team Leader.
What We’re Looking For
A qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with:
- Experience: A strong background in managing Court of Protection cases, with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Prior experience supervising or mentoring is ideal, or a willingness to step into this role.
- Professional Standards: Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check in line with the Office of the Public Guardian Deputy Standards.
