This well-established and reputable firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its growing team in North Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Grade B Fee Earner to take the next step in their career within a firm known for its commercial approach and dedication to client care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle your own caseload with paralegal support, ensuring a high standard of service
- Assist the team leader in supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Play an active role in marketing, business development and promoting the team’s services
Court of Protection Work includes:
- Provide advice and manage Court of Protection applications
- Apply for Deputy appointments and provide advice on their roles and duties
- Handle contested applications and provide support for ongoing matters
- Assist with applications for statutory wills, property transactions and other related matters
- Act as a professional deputy and provide ongoing support to Deputies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in Court of Protection matters, with the ability to manage your own caseload independently
- A willingness and ability to guide and support junior team members effectively
- Collaborative and supportive approach to working within a team environment
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining regulatory compliance
