Court of Protection Solicitor – Ashton-Under-Lyne

This well-established and reputable firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its growing team in North Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Grade B Fee Earner to take the next step in their career within a firm known for its commercial approach and dedication to client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle your own caseload with paralegal support, ensuring a high standard of service
  • Assist the team leader in supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Play an active role in marketing, business development and promoting the team’s services

Court of Protection Work includes:

  • Provide advice and manage Court of Protection applications
  • Apply for Deputy appointments and provide advice on their roles and duties
  • Handle contested applications and provide support for ongoing matters
  • Assist with applications for statutory wills, property transactions and other related matters
  • Act as a professional deputy and provide ongoing support to Deputies
