About the Role:
In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role within the firm’s Family Law Team, managing your own varied caseload, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy disputes
- Civil partnership disputes
- Rights of unmarried and cohabiting couples
Note: Child Law and Childcare cases are handled by a separate, dedicated team.
What They’re Looking For:
Our client is seeking a professional with the following:
- Experience: 2+ years of PQE in Family Law, with a proven track record of managing a caseload independently.
- Advocacy Skills: Strong courtroom experience and the ability to represent clients with confidence.
- Engagement: A proactive and personable approach, with a willingness to be part of their community-focused initiatives.
