Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a variety of family law cases, including:

• Divorce
• Financial remedy disputes
• Civil partnership disputes
• Rights of unmarried and cohabiting couples
• Represent clients effectively in court and other settings as required
• Provide exceptional service and legal advice to clients during challenging times

Please note: This role does not involve Child Law or Childcare work, as this is handled by a separate team.

What We’re Looking For?

• 2 – 5 years of prior experience in family law, including managing your own caseload
• Proven experience representing clients in court
• A team player who values a supportive work environment
