ELECTRICAL TEAM LEADER
Days only - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Salary: £45,000 - £46,000
Location: Ashton-under-lyne (Greater Manchester)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large manufacturer in the Greater Manchester area, as an Electrical Team Leader. This role will be 70% hands on and 30% completing management duties. The successful Electrical Team Leader will be responsible for looking after a team of 2 electrical engineers and an apprentice. Other duties include:
- Carry out day to day installation and maintenance functions on both single and three phase electrical distribution systems.
- Preventative maintenance activities and general repairs across the site
- Plan electrical projects, planned and unplanned maintenance activities
- Performance Management of the Electrical Maintenance Team to meet project targets, KPIs and encourage upskilling & personal development
Requirements for the Electrical Team Leader:
- The Electrical Team Leader must be apprentice trained
- Electrically biased
- Manufacturing background
- Must have previous leadership experience
