NDT Inspector - Aerospace EN 4179/NAS410

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level II Inspector to join a well-established and growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed inspections using visual, radiographic, and dye penetrant testing methods, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Who This Job Would Suit
This position is ideal for an experienced NDT Inspector with experience in the Aerospace industry working to EN4179 / NAS410.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct NDT inspections using techniques such as visual weld inspection, radiographic testing, and dye penetrant testing.
  • Interpret test results to assess weld integrity and compliance with specifications.
  • Ensure all inspections meet industry standards, customer requirements, and company procedures.
  • Maintain detailed inspection records and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Work closely with the fabrication and welding teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Follow strict safety regulations and ensure a clean, organised workspace.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices in NDT technologies.

Requirements

  • EN 4179 / NAS 410 experience and certificate
  • Proven NDT experience within Aerospace.
  • Radiography / X-ray certificate highly desirable
  • Penetrant Flaw Detection - PT, FPI, LPI experience


Salary Up to 45,000 per annum.
