Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Qualified Teacher for a 'GOOD' Primary School in Tameside, covering maternity leave until July 2025.
The successful applicant must have Qualified Teacher Status and prior experience in a Key Stage 1 setting.
The position is full-time, starting in January 2025, with a minimum pay rate of £140+ per day, negotiable based on experience.
Candidates must hold the right to work in the UK and have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
Prospero Teaching offers continued professional development courses and in-house training for the successful candidate.

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a Qualified Teacher to work in an OFSTED graded 'GOOD' Primary School in Tameside. You will be expected to have good classroom management skills. This role will be covering a maternity leave until the end of the academic year.

A successful applicant will have Qualified Teacher Status and will have previous experience in a Key Stage 1 setting.

Prospero Teaching provide staff to schools and colleges across Oldham and Tameside, including SEN schools. The strongest applicant will have good knowledge of the school curriculum.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching qualification with QTS
Previous experience working in a UK school
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
