Permanent Opportunity - Technical Services Manager - Manchester - 50,000 - 60,000 DOE + 5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus

Are you a Technical Services Manager with experience of delivering Hard Services contracts? This role will see you working for a Global FM services provider in Manchester on a critical site. About your role

  • Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all electrical & mechanical aspects and queries.
  • Manage contractual compliance across the contract
  • Review, manage and control technical processes
  • Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
  • Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
  • Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas

About you

  • Technically qualified in an engineering discipline at HNC, equivalent or above
  • Experience of managing Critical Hard Services FM contracts
  • Commercially astute
  • Accustomed to being the lead Technical contact on a contract
  • Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
  • Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
  • Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.

This role is based on site in Manchester.

You may have experience as one of the following: Head of Technical Services, Technical Services Manager, Hard Services Manager, Head of Technical, Contract Manager, Contracts Manager.
