A manufacturer of bespoke products to the aerospace industry is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be a key member of the team, overseeing all aspects of production, including delivery, health & safety and quality.

Production Supervisor's main duties include -

  • Delivery: Ensure that operations for all customer orders are completed on time.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure that all required equipment is fully operational and maintained.
  • Quality: Achieve and maintain world-class levels of quality in all production processes.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure that all areas of the business comply with safety standards and provide a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Working closely with the quality and production teams to address any minor quality issues.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects assigned.
  • And other ad-hoc duties where required.

Production Supervisor desirable skills and experience -

  • 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling and MRP systems.
  • Solid understanding of operational processes, with a focus on sheet metal cutting and forming (preferred).
  • Awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
