Children's Senior Practitioner, TamesidePay rate, £43 per hour  Cared For Children TeamThe Talent Crowd are recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join a Cared for Children’s Team based in Tameside!The role will involve direct case management oversight of a reduced caseload of cared for children, some of whom will have complex circumstances and needs, to ensure our cared for children's holistic needs are met consistently.The successful applicant will be expected to deliver reflective group supervision within the service, to supervise ASYE Social Workers in the team, typically this is limited to 1 person, to provide support to the Team Manager in addressing any performance or practice deficits through motivating the team and delivering shared learning and training as and when required and to provide support to team members through advice, guidance and occasional co-working.Please contact Molly Rylance on or email for more information.We recruit across all areas of Qualified Social Work.
