Panel Advisor, Fostering, (Part-time)Pay rate up to £45 per hour The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Panel Advisor to join a Fostering team in Tameside Council.The successful applicant must have strong experience in managing Panels and have a thorough understanding of the Fostering Services Regulations. The priorities of the role are:- A focus on QA of Panel papers to ensure the Foster Panel can proceed with the business and progress to ADM.- Ensuring the Panel membership is compliant and that there is a stable membership group in order that the Panel can grow and develop together- Putting in place a training plan for the Panel and the Fostering Service to undertake joint training - Providing a weekly clinic for Fostering Staff to receive advice and support with writing and preparing reports- Set up a fortnightly Panel Matters meeting with TM's from Fostering Service and Fostering Reviewing Officers to review ADM decisions/actions to follow up, look at themes and patterns.Please get in touch for more information.
