Role: Band-6 Mental Health Practitioner
Hours: 37 hours per week (Part-time options considered)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and prioritise appointments
  • Provide urgent assessments for acute mental health needs
  • Develop management plans, follow-up care, and referrals, including fast tracking to specialist services or LLW
  • Offer brief crisis interventions and follow-up appointments
  • Deliver brief psychological interventions for mental health issues
