Role: Learning Support Assistant Location: Greater Manchester Type: Full Time Temporary (36 hours per week) Rate: £16 per hour Eden Brown are looking for learning support assistants on behalf of a leading further education college in the Greater Manchester area. As a Learning Support Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in our inclusive education environment. You'll work closely with SEND students in mainstream settings, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs. Your efforts will help them access the curriculum, build confidence, and succeed alongside their peers. To apply for the role you will have: * Experience working with SEND students in an educational setting. * A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine desire to help students succeed. * Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with teachers and parents * The ability to adapt to the varying needs of students and think creatively to overcome challenges. * Relevant qualifications in education, SEND, or a related field are preferred but not essential.
