£19,000 - £23,000 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role  
Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of an Infant and Nursery School in Doncaster. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is flexible to work between Nursery and Year 2.  
Your duties will include: 

  • To provide individual and small group support  

  • To ensure they remain engaged in the lesson  

  • To monitor progress and ensure this is recorded  

  • To have the ability to adapt and change lessons to ensure the pupil understands and can achieve the main outcome.  

 

This Primary School is Ofsted rated ‘’Good’’ and the school are looking to achieve ‘’Outstanding’’ in their next inspection. The school are looking for the right candidate who is enthusiastic, passionate and eager to help make a difference.  

 

Requirements  
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;  

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children  

  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND  

  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils  

  • An ability to work as part of a team  

  • Be adaptable, flexible, and punctual  

  • Experienced and confident with the phonic programme – Read, Write, Inc
