Production Operative
Our client, a global manufacturing leader, is entering a peak production period and is seeking temporary Production Operatives for ongoing support. Known for their excellent industry reputation and recognised locally as an employer of choice, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected company during a busy time.
As a Production Operative, you will work in a factory environment, playing a key role in the production process. Your main duties will include lifting and moving products, meeting set targets, and adhering to strict deadlines & assit in making the product.
The role is intially working days Monday-Friday for a period of time then will move over to a back shift working 16.00pm-midnight Monday -Friday. For the right candidate this role could lead to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and moving products as part of the production process
- Assisting in making the product
- Meeting production targets within specified deadlines
- Following all health and safety regulations and operational procedures
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment is desirable.
- If you have warehouse, manufacturing or machine operation experience we also have roles available with these skill sets
- Physically fit to lift & move the product
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and operational processes effectively
Rate of Pay:
- Pay rate: 12.27 for days & 13.74 for the backshift
