About the Company: A modern processing plant specializing in automated processes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician. The plant focuses on high-efficiency operations and requires a technician with a multi-skilled background to ensure smooth and continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on automated processes, including pumps, valves, conveyors, and presses.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide emergency maintenance support as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an automated processing environment.
- Multi-skilled in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota.
