Start times - 04:30 - 05:00

£13.50 - £15.50 per hour

£25.00 for each night out

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver to join our well-established client based in Twycross, Leicestershire.

Day to Day Duties

Your duties as a HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver will involve but not be limited to:

• Operate and drive HGV Class 2 Tipper vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
• Delivering to utilities, agricultural and construction industries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
• Ensure all cargo is safe and secure

Essential Skills

As a HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver you will need to:

• Hold a valid UK Category C Licence
• Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving Category C vehicles
• No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
• Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card
• Must be able to speak and read a good level of English
• Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills
• Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations

Desirable Experience

• Previous bulk tipping experience is desirable but not necessary

• Training will be provided
