We are a lovely primary school in Atherstone, seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

As the Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, planning, and marking in line with the school's curriculum. You will support children's academic development and provide a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality lessons to Year 2 students
Planning and marking work in accordance with the school's curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of the children
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for students
Communicating effectively with parents and guardians
Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a safe and productive learning space

Candidate Requirements:
UK experience (minimum of 2 years)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Enhanced DBS on the update service
A passion for teaching and helping children reach their full potential
Strong organisational and communication skills
A positive attitude and a team player
