Sonic Summary

The position involves providing HR advice and support to various levels of staff in accordance with Council policies and employment legislation.
Candidates should have experience in HR, particularly within local government or the public sector, which is highly desirable.
The role requires accountability to the HR Manager for implementing and monitoring HR policies across the organization.
The salary for this position is open to negotiation based on market rates, and candidates are asked to specify their expected rate upon submission.
Hybrid working is available, but office attendance is required three days a week.

To provide HR advice and support to Directors, Principal Officers and individual staff in line with Council policies, procedures, employment legislation and national and local conditions of service. To be accountable to the HR Manager for the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and practices across the organisation, with specific responsibility for individual divisions.

Willing to consider market rate. Please ensure rate is stated when submitting candidates.

Hybrid working available - office attendance (3 days a week) is required.

Experience of working in HR in local government/public sector highly desirable.
