The role requires experience in Warehouse Management Automation, with knowledge of Manhattan being a bonus, and IT support experience in an automated warehouse is desirable.
Candidates should have experience in a fast-paced environment and be familiar with raising tickets to automation vendors as well as providing end-user device support.
This is a permanent contract with a 5-day/40-hour work week, including options for remote work and a range of employee benefits such as extensive annual leave and a pension scheme.
The job is located in Atherstone, transitioning to Bardon, and is easily commutable from various surrounding areas.
