People Solutions are looking for Assembly Operatives to join our client in Norton-Juxta-Twycross.

Day to Day Duties

Day to day duties as an Assembly Operative with our client include:

• Assembling stock together
• Working in a workshop environment
• General operative duties may be included such as using hand tools & quality inspection
• Moving stock as required
• Cleaning of workspace area

Essential Skills

Essential skills needed to be an Assembly Operative with our client include:

• Experience in assembling
• Previous factory experience
• Experience as a General Operative

Desirable Experience

Desirable experience needed for an Assembly Operative with our client is:

• Working within a similar environment

Training

• Training given on site and additional support throughout
