- Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and track stock movements to ensure smooth operations and minimise discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and returns.
- Generate reports and analyse data to support warehouse operations and improve accuracy.
- Manage and process customer returns, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of issues, while coordinating with the warehouse team for proper inspection and storage.
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures.
- Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively, with a preference for SAP experience.
- Oversee activities related to the tech contract, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Proven experience in managing teams of people within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with warehouse management systems to organise data, track inventory, and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Strong reporting skills, with the ability to manage KPIs and SLAs efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly SAP.
- A valid driving licence is preferred due to limited public transport access to the site.
