An opportunity has arisen in our National Finance and Administration department for a Administration Support Assistant on a 6 month fixed term contract, providing support in an efficient and effective manner.You will be responsible for Invoice and data inputting.

  • Experience in processing invoices in Ariba and Dcapture 
  • Extensive office administration experience
  • Undertakes general administration, word processing, data entry, filing and generates reports.
  • Substantial experience in processing high volumes of Non merchandise invoices 
  • Substantial experience of liaising with supplier and regional queries
  • Knowledge of Dcapture & Ariba
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to train other employees where appropriate
  • High attention to detail
  • Inputting financial data quickly and accurately
  • Strong work ethic
  • Driven
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Self-motivated and works effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Clear communicator
