- Processing staff wages (using Sage software)
- Raising purchase and sales invoices
- Consolidating VAT
- Reconciling company bills
- Filing business accounts (using Quickbooks software)
- Dealing with general HR queries from staff
- Minimum 12 months experience in a business support role
- Strong pride in own work
- Great sense of humour
- Ability to give direction to others
- Comfortable thriving in a small team
- Willingness to go the extra mile – no ‘that’s not my remit’ !
- Intermediate level of experience on Microsoft Excel
