The Automotive Division of Questech Recruitment have an exciting Fleet Administrator role working for an Industry leading, well established firm with great facilities and opportunities. ASAP Starts are available.
Fleet Administrator duties:
This role requires a strong administrator, ideally with experience of working within an automotive or fleet environment but not essential. This role would initially start through the agency with a view to go perm after a period of time.
- Processing job cards.
- Creating invoices and processing PO's
- Liaising with different departments to ensure high efficiency.
- This will require a high level of data entry.
- Dealing with Excel spreadsheets
- General administrative duties such as filing, scanning etc.
Fleet Administrator Specifications
- Must be computer literate and comfortable working with Word and Excel.
- Comfortable with accurately entering data into spreadsheets
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
The Hours:
You will work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Some flexibility may be available.
The Pay:
The pay rate is circa 13- 13.50per hour dependent upon experience.
