An exciting opportunity has arisen within ALDI’s Real Estate Team, to join in the position of Real Estate Assistant. To support the Real Estate Director in running the assigned department efficiently and accurately; and achieving compliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations, whilst contributing to a co-operative working environment.

The candidate must be able to manage a full and varied workload.  The role demands a proactive and positive attitude, teamwork, high attention to detail, meticulous organisation and effective time management as well as the drive to deliver quality.

We are looking to recruit an individual with creative flair who can develop new processes where necessary, to further shape and then maintain methods and processes.

Your New Role

  • Liaises with internal and external auditors and external bodies when required.
  • Works alongside Real Estate colleagues and supports Real Estate Director on all aspects.
  • Checks and log Works orders / tender forms.
  • Participates in working groups as required to establish best practice and business consistency.
  • Fee tracking / invoice processing.
  • Complete end to end process at all financial milestones in the area of responsibility.
