Role Overview:

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education, working closely with students to help them achieve their full potential. This role involves assisting in classroom activities, supporting individual students with their learning, and helping to manage classroom behavior.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of a TA you will:

  • Previous experience working with children within the last 10 years.
  • Ability to adapt to various subjects and teaching styles.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to work and adapt to different situations.
