Day to Day Duties

Working as a MIG Welder for our client, your duties will be:

• Using hand tools
• Understand plans and requirements
• Prep and cut required shapes and weld to structured plans
• Operating welding units and equipment
• Quality inspections
• Quality testing
• Assembly

Essential Skills

Essential skills needed for a MIG Welder with our client are:

• Physically fit as heavy lifting may be involved
• Good level of English
• Ability to work in a team or alone
• Two years' experience in MIG welding
• Live local to the area
• Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the location of the site

Training

• Training will be given on site with ongoing support.
