HR Advisor - Attleborough, Norfolk - £35,000 – Site Based
Some HR roles are all about policies and box-ticking. This isn’t one of them.
This is HR in the real world. A fast-moving food manufacturing business where no two days are the same. A place where you’ll need to be sharp, resilient, and ready to deal with whatever gets thrown at you – from factory floor challenges to the odd curveball from senior management.

The Person:
- Someone who can hold their own in a fast-paced, demanding environment (ideally manufacturing) at HR Administrator or Advisor Level.
- A problem-solver with a cool head and a knack for dealing with tricky situations.
- Someone who’s good with numbers, tech, and data – and knows how to turn that into something useful.
- CIPD Qualified (or working towards it).
The Role:
- You’ll be working alongside the HR Manager in a proper generalist role. That means getting stuck into everything: ER, recruitment, onboarding, data crunching, and employee engagement.
- You’ll also need to be comfortable with the tech side of things – managing HR systems, pulling together Excel reports, and creating presentations that don’t bore the life out of everyone.
- And if you know how to use social media to help with recruitment or build an employer brand, that’s the cherry on top.
