Location: Attleborough, Norfolk

Salary: SCP 18-22 £29,269 - £31,364 Per Annum (Pro-Rata - £26,417 - £28,308 Per Annum)

Hours: Term Time Plus One Week

Attleborough Academy is a popular, 11 to 18 Academy which is continually developing to meet the demands of providing the highest quality education for all students. The Academy joined the Education Trust in June 2020 which was an exciting and important development for the school. The Trust are committed to bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to develop a world class education.

The Role

The Trust is an expanding multi-academy trust with 10 primary and 7 secondary schools.

They are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of our school as a Senior Student Support Mentor.

Skills and Qualifications

  • English/Literacy and Maths/Numeracy qualifications at Level 2 or equivalent
  • NVQ3 or equivalent in teaching assistance or equivalent experience
  • Educated to at least Level 3
  • Experience of working with children of the relevant age in a school, college, care, health service, social care or youth environment
