NXTGEN are working in exclusive partnership with a business based in Attleborough who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their close knit finance team on full time basis. As Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with the Financial Controller to maintain the AP/AR functions . This is a great role for an experienced accounts assistant looking to join a business with a fantastic culture. This is a role that will offer variety to your day so being able to prioritise workloads is a must.
Key Responsibilities include: -
-Maintain AP/AR ledgers in a timely manner -
-Post invoices
-Bank Reconciliations
-VAT Returns
-Efficiently deal with supplier queries
-Support with daily reconciliation and petty cash
Salary: 25,000-29,000 Dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will have prior expereince working and an Accounts Assistant role. Prior experience gained in a high volume purchase ledger environment is highly desirable combined with SAGE knowledge. A proactive approach and an attention to detail are essential qualities candidates will need to demonstrate to be considered.
