- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Coordinating project activities, ensuring outstanding adherence to project milestones and deadlines

- Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve issues before deployment; coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and gathering feedback to refine and improve our technology solutions
- Developing training materials and coordinating training sessions for our people, familiarising them with new technology systems and processes
- Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address user inquiries and resolve system issues, always collaborating with our IT support team to ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues
