We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the daily operations of a thriving care home. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring our residents experience dignity, respect, and independence.
  • Maintain the highest standards of care in line with company policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide specialist nursing support and guidance, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and support.

About You:
  • You are a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and have a solid understanding of clinical practices.
  • With a background in person-centred care planning, ideally within a care home setting, you demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
