Our venue is renowned for its British cuisine, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. With a bustling Sunday roast service featuring 100 outside tables and two bars serving premium drinks and cocktails, this is a fantastic opportunity for a professional chef looking to advance their career.
The perfectChef de Partiewill have:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, particularly in British cuisine
- Expertise in cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Ability to manage a section and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills and a hardworking attitude
The successfulChef de Partiewill receive:
- Competitive salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000 per year, depending on experience
- Live-in accommodation is available for 100 per week, which includes bills
- Meals provided while on duty
- Uniform supplied
- A structured work schedule with 5 working days and 2 days off each week
- Christmas Day off to spend with family and friends
