About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets
- Managing contracts, procurement, and subcontractor negotiations
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring profitability
- Providing financial progress reports and valuations
- Assisting with project planning and risk management
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Mechanical experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a specialist industry
- Resides locally or willing to commute
