The Tytherleigh Arms is looking for an experienced head chef to manage its small, but very skilled and professional kitchen team. Fantastic friendly working environment.
Salary package up to £50,000
You must have experience cooking to a 2 rosette level or above and managing all aspects of a professional kitchen.
You must have passion and experience with using fresh local ingredients where possible.
You must be a leader, organised and able to train and communicate effectively with your team.
Split shifts Wednesday to Sunday (Sunday nights July, August and September only).
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Christmas Day and Boxing Day off.
Closed for 2 weeks in January and 1 week after the summer.
