Your Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied private client caseload, including:

-        Complex estate administration involving agricultural and business elements

-        Wills, trusts and deeds of appointment and variation 

• Take on managerial duties
• Mentor, supervise and coach junior team members and trainees if desired
• Play a key role in enhancing the firm’s reputation for excellence
• Engage with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals (experience in this area is helpful but certainly not essential)

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualification as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
• At least 4+ years of private client experience 
• Experience in handling agricultural, business, or high-value estates is an  advantage but not essential
• STEP membership is desirable but not essential 

Additional Details:

• Full-time position preferred, but part-time or flexible arrangements will be considered
